// can you feel the love?
Earlier in the year we saw James Cameron lightly cuddling Michael Bay’s use of 3D technology in his decidedly average Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon movie. Today Paramount have sent me more of a Director-on-Director deep throating. The lucky recipient this time is Mr. Martin Scorsese for his groundbreaking use of 3D technology in up and coming release Hugo
It’s actually a little less painful than the Bay interview because you can believe that Cameron actually really likes what MS has pulled out his cauldron of creativity. The film is currently running a pretty solid 96% on Rotten Tomatoes, so it’s certainly moved to the top of my must-see list. Take a look. I’m sure you’ll agree, Hugo look beautiful even if I’m still not entirely sure how the plot fills up a decent movie house visitation.
Hugo tells the story of an orphan boy living a secret life in the walls of a Paris train station. With the help of an eccentric girl, he searches for the answer to a mystery linking the father he recently lost, the ill-tempered toy shop owner living below him and a heart-shaped lock, seemingly without a key.
