Rio – New Trailer

The Ice Age team return with a tropical twist.

Synopsis

“Set in the magnificent city of Rio de Janeiro and the lush rainforest of Brazil, the comedy-adventure centers on Blu, a rare macaw who thinks he is the last of his kind. When Blu discovers there’s another – and that she’s a she – he leaves the comforts of his cage in small town Minnesota and heads to Rio. But it’s far from love at first sight between the domesticated and flight-challenged Blu and the fiercely independent, high-flying female, Jewel.
Unexpectedly thrown together, they embark on an adventure of a lifetime, where they learn about friendship, love, courage, and being open to life’s many wonders. Rio brings together a menagerie of vivid characters, a heart-warming story, colourful backdrops, energising Latin and contemporary music, and family-friendly song and dance.”

Sexy Thoughts

I was confident my mum was the only person to LOVE the Ice Age trilogy, but with the mammoth (excuse the pun) amount of cash the 3rd instalment took at the UK Box Office, clearly she wasn’t. I like the look of this cheeky little sausage. Leave comments below or Twidder my ass if you agree/disagree.

Enjoy in all it’s glory here:

Expendables – It’s tune to make a mess.

The Expendables Super Toon Mashup Trailer

Unsure how I stumbled upon this little gem, but dangerously pleased I did. Not only does it contain the audio track from what will be possibly the GREATEST action movie of all time The Expendables, it also contains footage from the best animated films past, present and future. The use of Karl as Mickey Rourke is inspired. Not sure where people get the time and the energy to create these bad boys, but quite frankly, they are awesome so long may it continue.

To help you, I’ve been through and picked out which animated character relates to each ‘Expendable’

Sid the sloth from Ice Age as Jason Statham
Manny the mammoth from Ice Age as Arnold Schwarzenegger
Shrek as Sly Stallone
Puss in Boots from Shrek as Terry Crews
Astro Boy as Randy Couture
Karl Fredrickson from UP as Mickey Rourke
Russell from UP as Jet Li
Woody from Toy Story as Bruce Willis
Gru from Despicable Me as Eric Roberts
The “New Yoyk” Pigeon from Bolt as Giselle Itié
